Pat has been with Headway since 1985, and has been CEO since 2001. He works with the board, staff, and community to develop effective services that meet the emotional health needs of children, adults, and families. "We partner with a wide variety of people to identify and meet community needs," he says. "From an organizational perspective, I ensure our staff have the resources, skills, and training they need to do their jobs as effectively as possible."

Pat is involved in several community and civic groups including working as Chair of the Hennepin County Children's Mental Health Collaborative, serving on the Richfield Rotary, the Richfield Optimists, and is a member of the Hennepin Community Health Improvement Partnership Executive Committee.

In his spare time, Pat enjoys spending time with his wife and three adult children, and volunteering. He is currently President of the Golden Valley Little League.

Hal has been with Headway since 2007 and has been practicing in the field of Clinical Psychology for 25 years. As the Chief Learning Officer, his role is to align Headway's human resources with the mission, vision, and values of the organization by assuring that staff have the competencies and skills, receive the best training, and are prepared to provide evidence of informed care and quality services in an effective and efficient way to the community clients referred to headway for emotional health services. He is specialty boarded in Child and Adolescent Psychology through the American Psychological Association and his practice is focused on juvenile forensics. Teaching and training are his passion.

When he is not working, Hal's interests lie in disaster relief and emergency preparedness. He enjoys physical activity and managing his menagerie of dogs.

Regina has been with Headway since November, 2018. She brings more than 25 years of experience in strategy execution to develop the potential of our organization through the effective integration of people, processes, and communication. She works to help Headway increase its capacity by utilizing a systems-methodology to resolve a wide range of interpersonal and organizational issues. "My role at Headway is to ensure that we meet our mission of empowering people of all ages to live an emotionally healthy life," she says. "My approach integrates human-to-human interactions that are necessary for healthy individuals, families, communities, organizations, and societies."

Brad has been with Headway since 2008. A former for-profit business process expert, he and his team ensure that support, resources and information are available to the client-serving part of the organization so that Headway can be a best-in-class human services organization. “I am out to change the world by combing best practices from the for-profit world with operational needs at non-profits,” he says. “I believe in our communities and the people who live in them, and I also believe that our traditional ways of serving community need, particularly at non-profits, will no longer work in the coming years. I want to help create a blue print for a new model.”

In his spare time, Brad enjoys being with with his wife and their dog, as well as cooking, reading, playing basketball and running.

Brian has been with Headway since 2008, supervising the accounting, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting and reporting functions. Brian's focus is ensuring the organization's financial information is accurate and providing support for management decision-making. Brian brings more than thirty years of experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit accounting to Headway. "While I lack the skills to perform a front line role in serving our clients, I like to think I serve our mission by providing that staff with the financial support they need to succeed," he says.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and children, delving into history, reading, gardening and travel.

Cici joined Headway in March, 2014 with more than 34 years of human services and nonprofit executive experience. In addition to working in several different capacities for Volunteers of America over the past years, she also has several notable professional and community involvement enterprises such as being a member of the Minnesota Council of Child Caring Agencies, the Hennepin County Children’s Mental Health Collaborative Provider Group, being Chair of the Hennepin County Children’s Mental Health Collaborative Governance Group and being a Board Member of MCCCA. At Headway, she supports supervisors and staff members of the clinical services programs so that they can provide strong clinical services to the clients they serve.

In her free time, Cici enjoys reading, sewing, fishing, all kinds of sports; especially hockey and lacrosse, and spending time with her family and playing with her dogs.

Kevin has been with Headway since August, 2018 and has worked in human services since 2009. He has past experience working in operations of other nonprofit organizations in the Twin Cities area. He has also worked as a special education teacher, and with day treatment children aged five to 18. As Manager, Operations, he provides support to all of the mental health programs that we provide, and works with our front desk, intake, records, and buildings and grounds areas striving to continuously improve the client experience. "I hope to provide the best possible experience for each client as they utilize the therapy and programs that Headway has to offer," he says.

Outside of work, Kevin likes to play golf, and hang out with his wife and three boys. He enjoys camping with his family at all of the different parks around the Midwest.

Mark has been with Headway since 2009 where he provides leadership and management to support and empower staff to serve the emotional health of our clients. "I am amazed by the dedication and passion of the staff who, day in and day out, put forth the effort to improve the lives of the people we serve," he says.

Mark loves to spend time with his wife and three children, camp, hike, go boating, be outdoors and coach youth sports in his spare time. Mark is also highly active in his community: he is currently the chair of the "Citizens Long Range Improvement Commission" in the city of Brooklyn Park.

Michael joined Headway in July, 2016 and has over 30 years of experience working in the human services field.  As the Manager of co-located services, he will be responsible for collaborating with and managing the partner relationships for all the co-loated services that Headway provides.  "I hope to use my diverse skill set to make Headway stronger, better, and to have an even greater impact on the communities we serve," he says.  "By improving the relationships Headway has with our contracted partners, our clinicians will be more operationally effcient and able to have a more significant clinical influence on the lives they work to imporve and the communities they work in."

In his free time, Michael enjoys going on "adventures" with his two children, participate in multisport events such as dualthlons and triathlons, and he also loves to travel.

Robin has been in human service management in non-profits since 1990 and at Headway since 2007, where she works on hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members with the goal of providing excellent service to Headway clients.

Stasiya has been with Headway since November, 2018 and has worked in the human services field since 2012. She has previous experience working with children, teens, and adults, as well as with specific populations such as people with end stage renal disease and those living with HIV/AIDS. As Manager, Revenue Cycle, she works to find new and innovative ways to improve the current billing processes to increase productivity. While she does not work directly with clients, her role and her team serves all clients at Headway. She oversees the billing team that manages accounts, communicates with insurance companies, works with collections, processes billing transactions with clients, as well as report creation. She ensures that these areas run smoothly, and detects any problems with the billing system and corrects them accordingly. "I work to ensure that the billing team accommodates the rapid growth of the organization in order to better service and assist our clients and their families," she says.

When she is not working, Stasiya enjoys traveling, attending concerts, theater, and the arts, reading, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
