Ashley has been with Headway since May, 2018 and has worked in human services since 2016.  She works with children, teens, and families to provide a variety of resources in the community that support stability and unity within their families.  She specializes in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and the developmental repair model in her work.  "I create a strong, trusting relationship with my clients and their families to promote positive changes within themselves so they can prevail over adversity," she says.

In her free time, Ashley likes to cook, dance, sing, write spoken-word poetry, travel, and volunteer with youth at her church.
