Whether you're just getting started with us or you've been with us for a while, you might have some questions or need some information that's more technical. Therapy During COVID-19

Taking care of our emotional health during times of high stress and rapid change is especially important.

We want to make sure we are accessible to you, either in person or via technology. If you are feeling ill, sheltering in place, or have self-quarantined, we encourage you to contact us so we can support your emotional health through telehealth.

If you would like to see us in person, we've adopted recommended guidelines to keep you and our staff safe. When you come in for your appointment, we'll ask you some health-related questions to make sure you're feeling well and haven't been exposed to the virus, take your temperature non-invasively to make sure you don't have a fever above 100.4 F, and ask you to sign an informed consent form. Therapist offices allow for social distancing, but we do ask that you wear a mask in our waiting rooms. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation as we try to do the best we can in these times.

Billing

We bill insurance for our services and have a sliding fee option for those who qualify. If you have a question about your bill, we're happy to help. Just contact our billing department at headwaybilling@tnthbs.com or by calling 651-352-6357. To pay your bill online, click the link below.

Headway Golden Valley Has Moved!

On August 24, we shifted our services from our Golden Valley office to our Brooklyn Center and Richfield locations to better serve you and all our clients. This is a decision that is both sad, as we have been in Golden Valley for many years and have cherished our role and place here, and exciting, as we are now in spaces with access and growth opportunities for us as an agency. Both our Brooklyn Center and Richfield offices are more accessible for clients as they have better bus and public transportation, more parking, and are close to major highways.

Telehealth services still remain an option. If you'd like to see your therapist in person, please reach out to them directly for information on their new office location.
