Adult Services
Whether you’re managing a severe mental health issue, going through a major life event, or just feeling “stuck,” we’re here for you. We believe that everyone has the ability to build and maintain themselves from the inside, and to develop resilience to live their life with purpose. We all just need some help doing that sometimes.
Our clinicians are trained in a variety of therapy types and will work with you to create a custom treatment plan that fits with your goals. Our adult therapy services include assessment and testing, traditional outpatient therapy for individuals and couples, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) for self-injurious or suicidal tendencies.
Outpatient Therapy
Our outpatient therapy can help with everything, from managing your emotions to managing severe and persistent mental illnesses. Located at our Richfield, Golden Valley, and Brooklyn Center sites five days a week, our outpatient therapy teams are trauma-informed to best empower everyone to live an emotionally healthy life.
Adult DBT
This program is for individuals who are suicidal, self-injurious, and have difficulty managing their emotions and sustaining relationships. DBT helps people learn to become more mindful of their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors; regulate their emotions and become more resilient; manage distress and increase impulse control; and improve relationships and self-respect.
Assessment + Testing
Psychological testing seeks to understand a person’s strengths as well as clarify the source of psychological symptoms. Results of testing are used to create recommendations that empower our clients to live an emotionally healthy life. We also conduct re-evaluations to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to recommended action plans.
