Hear from Dr. Hal

We are happy to share with you that Headway's very own Dr. Hal Pickett has started blogging. "Dr. Hal" will write on topics such as adolescent depression and mental health, co-parenting children through divorce, tips for selecting a therapist, and how to have difficult discussions with children, partners or family members.

Dr. Hal has a knack for engaging people through communications that are clear, effective, respectful, and informative. His blog represents yet another resource for people looking for answers to any number of emotional health issues.

Dr. Hal is a Clinical Psychologist and has worked with children, adolescents, couples and families for almost two decades. Working with children with moderate to severe mental health issues is his focus and he has worked in this capacity at the University Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, in private practice, and presently at Headway Emotional Health Services.

Check out Dr. Hal's blog on our website, www.headway.org/blog, or on our Facebook page. His blog also appears in several suburban editions of Patch, an online community newspaper. Find the edition for your area at www.patch.com.

Sincerely,

Pat Dale
