Testimonials

“Three things in my life saved me from going down a path of misery and depression:  my mother, God, and the staff (at Headway)…With each struggle I face now, I am filled with the courage and skills to take a healthy approach to fixing whatever it is that is I am having trouble with.”

Kaylee has been with Headway since September, 2018 and has worked in the human services field since 2015. She has past experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting, and adults in a group home setting. As a case manager, she assists her clients and their families with setting up and maintaining mental health services. She believes that helping others is the greatest purpose that there is and is passionate about social services, so she is excited to have the opportunity to build supportive relationships with clients and help them connect with services and resources that they might need in order to realize their strengths and potential so that they are able to live happy and fulfilling lives. "By building a solid foundation of trust with each individual, advocating for my clients, and ensuring that they will receive the best care possible for connecting them with community resources to help them overcome any obstacles they may face, I help to ensure that they live successful, healthy lives," she says.

Outside of work, Kaylee plays in a sand volleyball league during spring, summer, and fall. She also enjoys painting and drawing, camping, and hanging out with friends and family.
