Natalie has been with Headway since September, 2018 and has worked in human services since 2012. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Psychology degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, DC campus. She has past experience in private practice in Woodridge, VA, the District of Columbia Superior Court, Child Guidance Clinic, a residential substance use program, and other community mental health agencies in the District of Columbia. As a Pre-Doctoral Intern Therapist, she works with children, adolescents, and adults to provide mental health therapy. She supports clients in their journey to increase their social and emotional health. "It is my belief that through the use of empowerment and strength-based techniques, clients can achieve their goals," she says.

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys attending concerts, listening to music, reading, mentoring, and interior decorating.
