Testimonials

"My staff (at Sioux Trail Elementary) have been sharing about Headway's training sessions. Teachers come back from the trainings excited to try new strategies and they have new understanding regarding mental health issues. This is making a difference in their classrooms and helping them relate to students when they are struggling."

-Shannon McParland, Principal, Sioux Trail Elementary

Stasiya has been with Headway since November, 2018 and has worked in the human services field since 2012. She has previous experience working with children, teens, and adults, as well as with specific populations such as people with end stage renal disease and those living with HIV/AIDS. As Manager, Revenue Cycle, she works to find new and innovative ways to improve the current billing processes to increase productivity. While she does not work directly with clients, her role and her team serves all clients at Headway. She oversees the billing team that manages accounts, communicates with insurance companies, works with collections, processes billing transactions with clients, as well as report creation. She ensures that these areas run smoothly, and detects any problems with the billing system and corrects them accordingly. "I work to ensure that the billing team accommodates the rapid growth of the organization in order to better service and assist our clients and their families," she says.

When she is not working, Stasiya enjoys traveling, attending concerts, theater, and the arts, reading, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
