A Little About Collette’s Role

Collette joined Headway in January 2023. She joins Headway’s School Based Therapy team with 8+ years of experience, most recently working with Radias Health in their ReEntry Crisis Stabilization Program. In her new role, Collette is excited to work with teenagers and their families especially from diverse background. She is motivated to help each individual achieve their goals, and to create awareness to help get rid of that negative attitude and belief that often motivates the general public to fear, avoid and/or discriminate against people with mental illnesses. She brings experience in utilizing skills and strategies such as cognitive behavioral, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance based approaches in her work.

When she is not working, Collette enjoys reading, watching movies, shopping and traveling!
