A Little About Dan’s Role

Dan joined Headway in February 2020. He has worked in staffing, talent acquisition, and workforce solutions positions for over 20 years. He works to shape the processes and practices of staff growth in order to enhance the dynamic potential of employment opportunities at Headway. He says, “I provide organizational practices to support the staff and increase the overall operational effectiveness of Headway services”.

When he is not working, Dan sings in choirs and is an avid collector of classical music recordings. He also enjoys reading, spending time raising his family, and finding opportunities to serve others.
