A Little About Heather’s Role
Heather has been with Headway since December 2018 and has worked in the human services field since 2013. She has past experience working with children and adolescents in the areas of trauma and eating disorders, as well as conducting DBT groups. She holds competencies in PCIT, TF-CBT, DBT, FBT for eating disorders, and Incredible Years. As a school-based therapist, she enjoys working in the community and in local schools with young children and their families.
When she is not working, she enjoys being outside, visiting National Parks, hiking, camping, biking, and walking. She loves animals, especially dogs, and has fostered dogs in the past. She is bi-lingual and lived in South American for several months, and enjoys traveling.Back to all team members
