A Little About Ida’s Role

Ida joined Headway in January 2019 and has worked in the human services field since 2017. She has past experience working with a variety of populations, including children, teens, couples, families, and adults, and has a competency in DBT. Her role as an outpatient therapist located inside of a school setting allows her to not only see and support her personal caseload, but also provide support to the school and work collaboratively with families and professionals in the school, working toward larger communities that promote and support mental health and wellness. “I am alongside individuals wherever they are in their personal journey, working with families, schools, and social systems to provide effective care that supports holistic wellness, healing, and growth,” she says. “In providing this holistic care and partnering with others in their social systems, we can promote and support holistic wellness in communities.”

When she is not working, Ida enjoys spending time outside, traveling, painting, and floristry.
