Ryan Joachim-Buth is a Business Initiatives Consultant at Wells Fargo. He was motivated to serve on the Headway Board because he understands the great value of mental health services, particularly for underserved families, and wants to do what he can to ensure such services are available and as accessible as possible for our communities.  He serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors at Headway, and is on the Executive Committee.

Ryan received a BA degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. In his free time, he likes to spend quality time with his family, play board/video games, visit escape rooms and travel.
